Our renovation project seeks to transform obsolete spaces into modern and functional environments. Through the renovation of structures, installations and finishes, we create environments that meet today's needs. Our approach is based on efficiency, innovative design and quality, to provide comprehensive solutions and exceed expectations. In this case the property to be restored was a chalet in the mountains, we were faced with the difficulties of distances and location. The objective was to modernize the facilities in the main kitchen and bathroom, replace the entire electrical system, install new aluminum carpentry with thermal break throughout the chalet, optimizing the comfort of its inhabitants by installing air conditioning. On the exterior, we made adjustments to the floors on terraces, perimeter fences and roofs. All finished with interior and exterior painting.
Frank Project, in Calafell
A great challenge came from the hand of our clients. In this opportunity we found a 40 year old villa located in the golden coast area, 400 m² of surface, 3 floors and a sub-floor. From the beginning the premise was the conservation of the constructive character of the residence but modernizing all its facilities. Structural, masonry, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and other works were involved. The adaptation was complete, taking this magnificent property to another level of comfort for its residents.
Clear proposal for the modernization of a bathroom type with years of antiquity in a coastal apartment, vacation home. The client requested more space in the shower area, so the toilet facilities were relocated, they had water supply problems, which was solved by modifying the entire plumbing installation, first line materials were used resulting in a modern bathroom and thus meeting the client's expectations.
